1. How do I sign up?
To Join Project High R.O.A..Com is easy. Just click on the SIGNUP link and fill in your details using a valid e-mail address. You will then receive a activation link to the e-mail address you provided. Click on the activation link and follow the Project High R.O.A..Com site instructions.
2. Does Project High R.O.A..Com have membership fees?
Project High R.O.A..Com is free to join, but To advance anywhere in our system you must purchase one of the 3 levels of membership.

Our system is geared towards the serious online professional and/or promoter and thus all members must purchase a membership package in

order to maximize their experience with us. For our members with active upgrades, everyday you log into your account and surf 10 pages

you will earn the equivalent of 2.5%, 5% or 10% of your paid membership level.
3. What payment processors do you accept?
We currently except only AlertPay,Strictpay and SolidTrustPay
4. Do you offer incentives for bringing in new members?
Yes, We offer a referral commission of 10%, 5% or 2.5% on membership packages purchased by you downline ,depending on membership you purchased.
5. Can I have more than one account?
No, we only accept one account per one IP address and per email. If we find that you have multiple accounts, all of your

accounts will be deleted, whether they are free or upgraded accounts.And You Will Not Receive A Refund.
6. How many sites can I add to the rotation?
Free members can add 0 sites to the rotation. Gold Membership may add 3 sites, Silver may add 2 and bronze may add 1 site.
7. How many sites are required to View?
You will have to view 10 sites per day but may surf more .Up to 40 sites.These credit you receive for surfing may be used to show your own site.
8. What are the cash out procedures?
You can request cash out at the 1st of every month. Payment sent within 15 Days.(unless stated otherwise) Min cashout $10.
9. Is there any withdrawl fees?
Right now we 1% fee for withdrawal,But you may be have more depending on the processor you use With Project High R.O.A..com

will not be held responsible for any fees incurred .
10. What is the minimum and maximum Advertising package?
Minimum upgrade purchase is $5 maximum $15000
11. Why was my account deleted or suspended?
If your account has been deleted it is either because of non active for 15 days or because you have broken our rules/terms

or filed a claim. Please read that section for details. Members who violate the terms will have their account deleted.No

Membership fees are non refundable if you decide not participate after purchasing membership. Any other deposit can be refunded.
